Treasury Clerk Jobs

We are looking for a Treasury Clerk to join our growing organization. In this position, The Treasury Clerk will be responsible for providing accounting support to the Treasury Manager by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Monthly credit card reconciliation, review, and analysis; record monthly expenses including bank transfer reimbursement checks.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts including Bank Statement reconciliations.
• Participate in month end activities.
• Record and process accounting transactions.
• Prepare cash management reports for senior management per schedule.
• Analyze accounting data to resolve account discrepancies.
• Assist with administrative tasks involving scanning documents, drafting letters, shredding sensitive forms, being a courier to Pete's Restaurant.
• Manage mortgage schedule and process monthly loan payments.
• Document transactions and update ledgers and the financials database.

Education/Experience

• Educational foundation or experience as an accounting and / or treasury clerk.
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
• Strong ability to use MS Office packages, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Prior experience with Yardi and or QuickBooks desirable, not necessary

Skills

• Strong ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking, as well as excellent organizational skills
• Good at working independently, thinking critically and proffering quality ideas to improving organization's processes
• 10-key calculator skills beneficial and typical computer, and other office equipment acumen
• Work tactfully as an envoy for the organization through first point of contact (POC) interactions with the general public
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, work efficiently in a team
• Understand and follow complex oral and written instructions
• Attention to detail, deadline oriented with excellent ability to analyze data
• Confidentiality, integrity, coordination, thoroughness, quality focus & objectivity
• Maintain complex financial records and to prepare financial reports accurately
