Job Description
Job Summary and Opportunity:
As a Treasury Management Sales Associate, you will provide sales support for Treasury Management Sales Officers in delivering treasury products and services to customers by assisting the sales team with soliciting, preparing proformas & account schematics, implementing and on-going delivery of treasury management products.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Treasury Management Sales Officer in managing a complex client portfolio with sophisticated global treasury needs
  • Provide troubleshooting for all TM products/services to ensure client is able to manage their business more efficiently
  • Learn about client businesses and suggest TM products/services that would meet their banking needs
  • Train or guide clients on how to use all TM products/services
  • Complete documentation and on-boarding forms for new and/or existing cash management services
  • Ensure successful and complete implementations for a seamless onboarding process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Direct experience with Treasury/Cash Management Sales, supporting multiple Treasury Sales Officers or Treasury Relationship Managers in the sales and/or implementation of high-volume, complex treasury solutions
  • 2+ years' treasury management

A targeted annual base salary of USD $70,000/Yr. - USD $74,000/Yr., based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is 20%.
