Job Details

Essential Functions

Responsible for compliance with debt agreements, partnerships and tax equity agreements

Responsible for quarterly financial covenant calculations, reporting the lenders

Cash management of restricted accounts (debt service payments, distributions, cash transfers)

Assists with cash flow reporting - budget, actual and accounting

Maintains and develops waterfall files for all cash movements in restricted accounts per loan agreements. Ensures compliance and cash movement is appropriate.

Maintains SOX documentation for related responsibilities

Responsible for various Treasury reports

Setting up LOC’s / SBLOC’s / surety bonds

Other Responsibilities

Provide back up support to the Human Resources team as needed

Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, And Skills Required

A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics – advantage.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Must be able to understand and summarize financing contracts.

Must be able to use and acquire knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and use of the internet.
