Travel Assistant

Andiamo Travel is seeking a Travel Assistant to support our growing team. The position is remote, however preferable for a candidate to reside within Florida, USA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to continue to grow their career in the Luxury Travel world. Our agency specializes in high-end, bespoke travel experiences around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with client concierge services for VIP and entertainment clients, including, but not limited to, making dining reservations, spa appointments, reserving tickets and arranging car services world-wide
• Destination research regarding new openings and industry trends, COVID-19 entry requirements/protocols, best times to visit, restaurants etc.
• Attend conferences, trade shows and local meetings on behalf of Andiamo Travel towards the end of
• Assist with Social Media Calendar planning, Newsletters and Weekly Blog Posts
• Manage client itineraries and trips from start to completion
• Rotating weekend coverage schedule with additional compensation
• Participate and lead client calls for new trip inquiries and send client trip proposals and hotel rates
• Work directly with hotel partners for VIP clients
• Available to work remotely M-F 9AM-6PM ET/CT

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• 1-2 years experience at a Travel Agency or within the luxury travel or hospitality industry
• Master multi-tasker with strong attention to detail

It is a plus if candidate is:

• Experience with working on brand social media – Instagram and TikTok
• Well-traveled & has a strong working knowledge of world geography
