Job Description
Are you a travel enthusiast with a passion for creating unforgettable journeys? Indagare is seeking Travel Operations Assistants to join our dynamic and welcoming Bookings team. As part of this team, you'll work closely with our Trip Designer partners, ensuring seamless logistical and operational support for our members as they embark on extraordinary travel experiences.
What You'll Do
You'll be the mastermind behind crafting impeccable trip itineraries, collecting all the essential details to ensure a flawless travel experience. This will involve communicating with hotels, tour guides, ground operators, and other suppliers via phone and email to confirm rates and availability.
Making and confirming reservations and services, leaving no room for surprises during our members' journeys.
You'll showcase your creativity and attention to detail as you create and edit detailed trip itineraries, making every trip truly special and tailor-made.
Building strong relationships with our valued travel partners and destination experts, fostering a collaborative and rewarding travel community.
