The Project Manager, Transformation will be responsible for the successful end-to-end planning and execution of key business initiatives on the Business Transformation & Performance team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
- Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- The Project Manager is accountable for the on time, on budget project completion while achieving measurable benefits realization.
- Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Tracks project costs in order to meet budget
- Determines and defines project scope and objectives
- The Project Manager drives transformation through the coordination and completion of cross-functional projects
- Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan
Qualifications
- Work experience in a fast-paced SAAS environment
- Ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate across functional teams
- Strong analytical skills; working knowledge of OKRs and KPIs
- Strong time management skills; prioritization and goal setting acumen
- Ability to clearly articulate project goals and objectives across varying audiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a highly collaborative functional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Advanced computer and software literacy including Microsoft Office and online project management tooling
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple competing priorities
- Experience in payments processing, banking, or FinTech preferred
- Project Management Professional Certification - PMI Institute or equivalent preferred
- Previous people and/or program management experience preferred
- Occasional travel required; less than 10% travel anticipated
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience required
