Job Summary:

The Training Coordinator is an embedded role, with one of Pinkerton's largest global tech clients. As part of the client's Global Security Intelligence and Investigations team, the Coordinator will provide organizational support in managing processes focused on training and development, business operations, and data management. b>This position can be based anywhere (remote) within the United States./b>

Essential Functions:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Schedule, instruct, and facilitate learning/training via multiple platforms, including instructor-led, self-study, blended, and eLearning.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of the training program and build in incremental improvement, which takes into account industry standards, regulations and best-in-class programs.
  • Gather and analyze data to facilitate improvements in the methodologies, tools and techniques to enable the team to scale and optimize operations to mitigate potential risk.
  • Digitize templates where feasible and possible.
  • Enhance or sustain existing standardized documentation for plans and reports, including but not limited to, training plans, evaluation plans, after action reports and corrective action plans;
    • Digitize templates where feasible and possible.
  • Support the client needs by reviewing and triaging all issues, questions and requests.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for team members and develop and implement creative and innovative solutions to allow the team to scale and optimize operations.
  • Manage data tracking and records retention practices in relation to standard operating procedures.
  • Effectively communicate to ensure that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a team representative during meetings, events, and partnership opportunities.
  • Follow client and Pinkerton procedures and processes as it relates to Global Security best practices and the management of confidential information.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

College degree with four years of experience or combination of coursework and work experience in project/program management, business administration, security, or a related field. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer that seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Working Conditions:

Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $105000 - $114000 / year.
