Meet the team:
This position is for a Training Project and System Coordinator for Sales Training that will be a key contributor in planning, tracking, preparing, and executing projects and initiatives. In addition, this person will support the deployment of training by knowing how to administer programs through the learning management system, SharePoint and other tools and systems. Lastly, this role will help develop and analyze reports and data to understand the efficiency and effectiveness of training projects.
Where you come in:
- Serve in a learning management system administrator support role in the execution of the following tasks; test, publish and maintain content on the LMS, configure and generate reports including course registrations, content utilization and other learning data trends.
- Assist in developing reports outlining learning outcomes and other metrics.
- Serve in a project liaison role to partner with project team members, leaders, and others, to collaboratively plan, track, prepare and execute projects and initiatives.
- Assist in managing content organization and tracking for project and learning management system execution.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of learning management systems; including uploading courses, testing, creating learning assignments, setting up notifications, and configuring reports.
- Tech-savvy; agility in learning new systems and software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of learning technology and equipment used in video/audio, digital media, videoconferencing, etc
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
- Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a complex and continually changing environment

Exempt Salary Details:
The annual base salary range for this role is $46,200 to $77,000. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
Experience and Education
- Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
