Summary
The Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting the global education and training team in regard to administrative tasks, allowing the team to execute their higher-level responsibilities including content generation and supervision of provider training.
Description
  • Collate and analyze metrics for the provider training program, including trainee demographics, program success, and education lead accomplishments.
  • Plan, support, and execute Global Education and Regional Education Leadership meetings.
  • PUCC coordination (faculty correspondence, content coordination, faculty forms, eblasts to listserve etc.).
  • Update Regional Education Leaders and Medical Directors with trainee responsibilities, checklists, assessments, and Intrigma slots.
  • Provide education initiative support including, but not limited to, regional orientations and RESCUE implementation (ordering supplies, scheduling, formatting content, etc.).
  • Provide guideline support (formatting and publication to avoMD).
  • Assist with creating and uploading education posts to Central PM.
  • Coordinate Provider assessments with regional hiring managers (ensuring CSSA is completed, signing ILP’s, implementing ILP’s, updating Intrigma slots, etc.).
  • Didactic Coordination for all pathways (scheduling, emailing trainees, zoom set up,etc.).
  • Maintain Trainee tracker logs.
  • Assist with recruitment activities (communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining focus on the overall needs of the region
  • Promotes good public relations and professional image to the public
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare administration role
  • Possesses office organization abilities with great attention to detail
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and HRIS systems
