About The Position


The primary focus of this position is to evaluate training progress and analyze effectiveness, maintain, and update records, and reporting. This position will also conduct training to multiple levels in the organization to inform and to improve individual and organizational performance. This position serves as a technical point of contact for the training and development team.


Responsibilities


  • Consults (10% of time): Consults with managers and subject matter experts within the organization to assess training needs.
  • Evaluating and Reporting (40% of time): Evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum.
  • Administration (35% of time): Data entry of objective evidence of training. Reporting monthly training frequencies due, and scheduling classroom training activities.
  • Develops and Conducts Training (15% of time): Develops, implements, and delivers training programs via live and online courses for varying levels within the organization. Develops and maintains support material to be used for reference once training has been completed.


Additional Training Requirements


High level of skill with Microsoft office suite, Ability to communicate effectively with a small or large group of individuals, Interpersonal skills, Experience with a Learning Management System, knowledge of a controlled document system.


Qualifications


  • Ability to adapt to a change in the process or system frequently and with ease.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work preferred.
  • U.S. Persons.
  • Five years of training and development /leadership experience.
