Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Professional Development Specialist with a background in K-12 education to join our team of entrepreneurial trainers and educators. Our team is dedicated to providing quality professional development that empowers educators with practical strategies to help students and staff succeed. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and cultivate meaningful connections with educators.

To qualify, you must have a bachelor's degree or higher, and have achieved success as a principal, teacher, trainer, consultant, or professor. You must possess a desire to run your own business while collaborating with our team, and be open to receiving feedback and criticism while learning and personalizing information to present in your unique style.

As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to build your own business with our guidance, using the research-based instructional practices you learn from us to train educators and improve the learning environment. The results of your business will depend on factors such as individual effort, business experience, diligence, and leadership.

If you are passionate about helping teachers remove discipline issues and have more time to teach their content, we encourage you to apply by responding to this posting on LinkedIn. If chosen to proceed to the next step, you will be emailed a comprehensive information package about our organization and what we do. Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to the opportunity to work with you to help teachers and students succeed.
