Description

Responsible for facilitating a variety of performance-based learning events that may include, but are not limited to general associate, management, sales, clinical, technical and operations training.
Primary Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Employs rapid course development methodologies to quickly meet client needs.
• Thinks and acts globally and is aware of learning and cultural differences both domestically and globally that drive learner effectiveness.
• Measures, tracks and evaluates learner and client satisfaction.
• Keeps technical skills updated.
• Delivers synchronous and asynchronous learning events using varied media in virtual and global environments.
• Facilitates learning events that are performance-based in nature.
• Exercises classroom management including learner performance and escalates issues to Learning & Development and client leadership when necessary.

Requires BA/BS in related field and a minimum of 3 years training experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Previous training experience required for Learning & Development Operations and Clinical Training Specialists.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $65,680.00 - 98,520.00 USD
Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
