About the Role:
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce Operations team in the US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and partner with internal, cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and drive vendor acquisition results.
  • Develop and own mass merchant acquisition and lead generation marketing strategy, channel mix and budget allocation by identifying high potential leads.
  • Responsible for onboarding new sellers to TikTok Shop platform.
  • Manage key channels including paid media, influencer marketing, cold call, email, push, etc, optimizing towards strict performance goals.
  • Effectively find and qualify prospects and build a continued and robust pipeline to improve end to end seller onboarding experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward.
  • Bachelors degree or above
  • 5+ years experience in mass vendor acquisition, mass account manager or B2B performance marketing in tech, media agencies, or startups.
  • Structured and original thinking, good data sense, analytical skills and judgment capability.
  • Passion for business and aim for higher goals.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $65478 - $143555 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
