A client of Insight Global is looking for a Tier 1 Desktop Technician to join the team to sit fully on-site in Fairfax, VA. Daily responsibilities will include being the first line of support where scenarios will include password resets, adding/deleting users and their permissions, and providing basic desktop support. They will also be responsible for rebooting computers and servers, Office 365 account troubleshooting, outlook troubleshooting, and minimal mobile device troubleshooting.
