Overview A Tier 1 Lead is a senior-level position responsible for leading a team of Tier 1 customer service representatives. The Lead is responsible for providing guidance, support, and direction to the team, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and resolving customer service issues. Detailed Job Description The Tier 1 Lead is responsible for leading a team of Tier 1 customer service representatives. The Lead will provide guidance, support, and direction to the team, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and resolving customer service issues. The Lead will also be responsible for monitoring customer service performance, providing feedback and coaching to the team, and developing and implementing customer service strategies. The Lead will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
