Responsibilities:

  • The ability to lead by example, provide direction to junior staff, and work in a close knit team environment are all essential qualities of the role.
  • Resolving incoming requests for technical assistance on standard, commercial and proprietary applications.
  • The requests may present themselves over the telephone, ticket, e-mail, walkup or conversation.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and fluctuations in workflow are requirements of the role.
  • Consistent customer care, quality standards, and reporting requirements are core competencies of the position.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner. Follow directions of regional team leads and manager. Conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, manner with users, staff, colleagues and visitors.


You must have general knowledge on the following topics or technologies.

  • Beyond Trust - Password Safe,
  • Salesforce, VPN, Citrix, OWA, WiFi,
  • Strong technical knowledge supporting MS Office 2016, Office 365, iOS, Android, Bloomberg, Factset, CapIQ, and computer hardware or peripherals.
  • Exchange Management console, SCCM,
  • Mobility Concepts, MobileIron, Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Conference center support,
  • Lenovo laptop and desktop hardware,
  • Printer setup and maintenance, Avaya, Adaxes, Client, ADUC, Security Groups, Distribution Lists,
  • Service Now & Ivanti ticketing system or equivalent, escalation procedure concepts,
  • Understanding of basic Information Security Concepts
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
