Job Description

Technical Support Analyst

Location: Greenville, SC

Pay Rate: $28.00+ Hourly


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer tickets in ServiceNow
  • Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Provide end-user support
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting relating to hardware and software issues

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience providing end user support
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Positive attitude and the desire to learn
