Job Description

This is a full-time position based in Berkeley, CA. This is not a remote role.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000
This pay range is intended for in-person work in our Berkeley, CA headquarters. Pay ranges for remote-eligible roles will be subject to adjustment based on the geolocation of the employee.

What You’ll Do:

As the Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining user accounts across a wide variety of business applications (i.e., Windows Active Directory, server and file access permissions, Exchange, Office 365, Five9s, and Salesforce). You will administer the Atlassian Jira Service Management Application and Confluence as well as support local and global users in day-to-day activities, including PC and application troubleshooting.

  • Ongoing documentation of processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
  • Coordinate desk and PC moves (Move, Add, Change)
  • Maintain the content of the digital contents to support field staff.
  • Support Collaboration Applications & Tools i.e. Teams, 8x8, Five9s
  • Maintaining and update all tickets in IT ticketing system.

About You:

You are known for your incredible organization and attention to detail. You have excellent people skills, and you are are a confident and capable communicator, both in verbal and written communication. You have no problem effectively managing and prioritizing your work in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent decision making, troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills. You have a strong desire to advance your technical skills and a curiosity to work with new technologies in a rapidly evolving field.

What You’ll Need:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows RDP and VPN technologies.
  • Working knowledge of remote access technologies such as VPN, RDP, etc.
  • Experience supporting Windows Client Operating System i.e. Windows 7, 10
  • Understand basic network troubleshooting
  • Experience in support Windows Client Operating System i.e. Windows 10, 11 in a business environment.
  • 4+ Years experience in IT technical support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server share permissions.
