- We are hiring immediately for a SERVICE MANAGER position.
- Reports to: District Operations Manager
- Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
- Location: 2301 SW 32nd Avenue. Hollywood, FL 33023. Note: online applications accepted only.
- Starting pay: $52-58,000 per year plus bonus eligible
- Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
- Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays based on business needs.
- Requirement: Management/supervisory experience, team player, analytical & organizational skills

Job Summary
The Service Manager is responsible for providing leadership to workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Studies productivity and schedules to estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet maintenance schedules. Assigns duties.
- Manages, organizes, and puts away all parts.
- Directs workers engaged in assembling, retrofitting, upgrading, and installing. Installs Market Central environments or other architectures. Communicates with clients regarding power/spec requirements, problems, and schedules.
- Dispatches and routes service technicians.
- Leads a team that is responsible for repairing and maintaining vending machinery, which includes lifting/moving them.
- Directs workers in electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance and repair of machines and equipment. Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in vending machines. Interprets specifications and schematics for workers.
- Develops and implements changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of shop, department, or work crew; provides a safe work environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises and leads employees in the Maintenance and Installation Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
Two-year certificate from college or technical school and 3-5 years of experience in management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
