Technical Project Manager (Flight Testing & Operations) - Remote

We’re seeking a motivated Technical Project Manager to support our Flight Test and Operations teams as they help build a revolutionary ‘lighter than air’ flight vehicle. You will work with a dynamic engineering and design team to analyze, plan, and develop schedules for flight testing and coordinate complex manufacturing activities. Your familiarity with working with flight test engineers or in fast-paced manufacturing environments play a key role in determining and defining clear deliverables that lead to a successful project completion.

We believe in fast-cycle development and approach to flight systems development with the motto “build a little, test a little, learn a lot.” This position will allow you to develop your adaptability and strong relationship building skills through all phases of development.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 (for California), which is determined based on experience, geography, and qualifications. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes a very competitive annual bonus, 401K Match, and other generous benefits.
