Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Hybrid: Three (3) Days Onsite Each Week

Summary

• You will be joining a group of enthusiastic, driven and seasoned solution architects who lead the efforts for defining the technology architecture strategy for our next generation claims applications
• Your team collaboration experience will aid you facilitating solution driven discussions, facilitate team discussions to develop the design for simplification of complex architectures, and find creative solutions through practical experiments and POCs.
• You will collaborate with and work closely with enterprise architecture teams, development teams, and Claims Operations and Product teams in an Agile environment to shape the technology landscape payment transaction claims.
• As a member of the solution architecture team, your software engineering skills will be utilized to assist in building best in breed strategic platform to service claims processing for our retail, small business, and commercial customers covering diverse set of products such as digital payments, credit card activity and checks.

Position Summary

As a key member of the solutions architecture team, you will

• Build alliances with both internal and external stakeholders to gain support and buy-in on ideas. Partners effectively with business stakeholders and leverages industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with and work closely with enterprise architecture teams, development teams, and the business ( Claims Operations and Product teams) to assist in shaping the business workflow process and technology landscape for debit card, credit card and payment transaction claims.
• Utilize your deep experience in system and technical analysis, business process modeling, technical solutioning and Agile methodology to drive the organization towards best practices and technologies such as Java, MuleSoft, Pega, scalability and building reusable components
• Your collaboration skills will be key to working with business and technology organizations to assist in the alignment of technology strategy to business strategy and help define architecture that modernize our technology, optimize business processes, and enable the business to compete in the evolving emerging environment
• Provide technical recommendations and facilitate team meetings to define the systems and architecture strategy for a claims products and associated platforms. In addition, you will use extensive systems / technical analysis and solutioning experience to ensure architecture solutions are flexible, modular, and meets enterprise requirements for security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability.

• Have experience as a technical business analyst or developer and looking to transition to architecture
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Combined 5+ years leading small to medium scale applications some of which could be hands on experience using one of the following - Java, BPM platforms (Pega, , MuleSoft, or other) or .Net.

Must Have Skills/ Requirements:

• Very Technical Business Analyst or a Developer who has experience working with business partners and has excellent communication skills can be considered but might be less likely to find
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good tenure/no gaps
• Comfort level to converse technically with other technical teams around the solution and technical aspects.
• Communication will be key… partnering with LOB and technical teams.
• Background working on BPM Projects, Pega preferred but not required
