Krispy Kreme’s Manger of Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will have a passion for critical thinking, continuous learning, problem solving and driving insights to impact decision making. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business and financial results for Krispy Kreme’s various business segments of Corporate, US & Canada, International and Market Development.
HERE’S A TATSTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Assist in coordinating and developing management presentations of the monthly results, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans synthesizing input from all key partners impacting the business strategy.
• Assist in developing and updating financial forecasts for key drivers of the business segments, including impact on consolidated P&L, cash flow statement, and review of foreign exchange rates.
• Facilitate corporate G&A forecasting and planning process, which includes soliciting the business and Global partners to provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with global partners on long term capital planning and associated ROIC calculations to provide the Global Investment Committee with key insights regarding capital allocation decisions.
• Understanding and analyzing corporate G&A results versus prior year, forecast and plan to help drive understanding and accountability within the organization.
• Assist with the annual planning process and ongoing forecasting by helping to develop and manage timelines and calendars for the financial planning team and other key business partners to ensure timely and accurate analysis and forecasting of financials.
• Create and develop materials for quarterly external reporting utilizing financial and non-financial KPIs.
• Analyze business and financial results to identify key drivers of variances, opportunities, and risks within Krispy Kreme’s business segments.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Detail oriented and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Experience with financial systems.
• 5+ years of experience. Ability to demonstrate skills in financial modeling, critical reasoning, and ability to solve problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
