Job Description

As the Sr. Manager of Talent Management, reporting to the VP of Talent, you will be an integral member and leader within our HR Talent Center of Excellence. Your broad and varied expertise in workforce planning, learning + development, performance management, and talent and succession planning will be applied to the design of innovative Talent programs that maximize the employee career experience across our global portfolio of 18 Operating Companies.


A seasoned Talent Development professional and a relationship builder, you recognize the importance of developing influential partnerships with business leaders and HR teams to ensure that all change and Talent programs are adopted throughout the organization and have been built for relevance, scalability, and flexibility meeting the needs of our global businesses and diverse workforce.


This is an onsite position with some hybrid flexibility located at our conveniently-located headquarters office in Downers Grove, IL.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:


  • A deep understanding and experience in executive coaching for leaders such as Hogan, multi-rater assessments / 360, or other related tools.
  • Experience in succession planning, change management, and talent and organizational development programs
  • A keen sense of talent assessment tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, Talent Development, or a related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in HR, Talent, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in all Talent disciplines on a global scale.
