Early Career Talent Coordinator - Contract

Hybrid role out of MHQ In Chicago. The role may require travel (locally and out of state) for key events.

This contract coordinator position is for the Early Career Talent Attraction team. This person will support early career programming, with a focus on event planning and logistics. The selected individual must have experience in a large, fast-paced corporate environment, strong attention to detail and have a passion for early career recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the early career team
• Partner with early career team to support internship program planning
• Support creation of messaging campaigns
• Assist with training & preparation for events
• Supporting and scheduling interview day logistics
• Participate in additional projects on an as-needed basis
• Travel to campus events as needed
• Attend and host in-person and virtual recruiting events, serving as an event brand ambassador
• Work with team to refresh marketing materials, collateral, and communications
• Coordination of event logistics for events at MHQ, career fairs, and conferences (including coordinating attendee travel)
• Support internship program final round interview planning as needed
• Serve as logistics lead and point person for MHQ-hosted early career events
• Oversee logistics of shipping items to and from events

• Must be able to thrive in an independent contributor role
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related area preferred
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and policies
• Applicant Tracking System and technology platforms experience preferred
• Experience presenting in front of large audiences
• Demonstrated ability for relationship building
