Reporting to the VP of Talent, the role of the Senior Director of Talent Management will be to build & deliver the talent programs that support a human-centric company through transformation, design, process, systems and tools for a fast changing and customer responsive company. We are looking for a leader that can help us build the infrastructure to scale across several broad and diverse Shutterfly organizations. Partnering closely with senior executives, Human Resources, and leaders across the company you will build a modern & progressive approach towards effectively enabling employees and managers to grow & develop resulting in positive employee engagement and retention.

What You'll Do Here:

• Create the strategic plan for Talent Management based on Shutterfly's fast changing & ever evolving business needs

• Deliver a multi-year talent journey that delivers excellent results that builds senior leadership talent advocates

• Working collaboratively across the company to help lead the vision for a world-class talent management infrastructure that focuses on onboarding, growing, developing, and moving talent across the organization

• As a true thought leader, you will lead core talent programs and processes including assessment, performance management, skills-based learning & development, leadership development, recognition, and employee experiences

• Provide Development opportunities for leadership and hi-potential employees

• Imagine and realize the continued evolution of an innovative workplace while maintaining our culture aligned to the company vision and values creating engaging experiences that bring together teams (in person, remote and hybrid)

What You'll bring:

• Lifelong learner that has a passion for innovation and delivering results
• Incredible influencing and collaboration skills as an empathetic leader that relates well across all levels of the organization
• An ability to re-invent and re-energize programs and teams with an agile & flexible approach
• 5+ years of Senior leadership experience building and delivering creative talent management programs for complex large organizations that required agility & resiliency
• A "scrappy" ability to build & deliver scalable programs that leverage cross-functional resources for delivery
