The Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist (OBS)is primarily responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new hires. This role is crucial in welcoming and integrating new employees, helping them understand company policies and procedures, and facilitating training and development. The Onboarding Specialist will collaborate with TA, HR and Operations, to ensure all aspects of onboarding as well as employee communications are consistent, timely and accurate. The OBS will serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they navigate their new career.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch Recruiter and on Scheduler to create and provide a world class on boarding experience for all new hires
• Assist in follow up and completion of new hire paperwork
• Be primary POC with the Recruiter and Scheduler for new and existing employees
• Champion and participate in retention activities
• Participate as needed in recruitment and onboarding activities
• Conduct regular follow up calls
• Assist in virtual and on-site orientations

Requirements

• Ability to influence in a positive manner
• Driven to service
• Excellent communication, follow through and time management
• 1+ years' experience in a people facing capacity
