Job Description

  • Participates in project work and creates process improvement solutions.
  • Performs job functions adhering to the Power of All values.
  • Maintains the strictest confidentiality regarding information passed through Human Resources and discussed within the Human Resources department.
  • Supports onboarding activities including, background screenings, verification of new hire documents while ensuring the new hire's positive onboarding experience.
  • Offers technical support to applicants with the applicant tracking systems and other internal transfer related inquires.
  • Accountable for high volume, fast paced effective pre-hire activities from time of acceptance to day 1 new hire orientation.
  • Assists employees with the completion of all employment related forms.
  • Other job functions as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Manages projects, while maintain current caseload.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing a high level of quality customer service to team members, employees, management staff, in addition to external customers.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills; attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office suite, Workday (or large ATS) required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience required, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
