Onboarding Coordinator will work with our new Wealth Management field employees and Region Leadership teams during the prehire and onboarding phases of the new hire process. Responsible for providing a broad variety of administrative, operational and support services, which includes communications to clients. Part of this process will be to stay in close contact with the new team members to assist them during their transition. They are also responsible for working with the Region and Division leaders with regard to relationship preservation. In addition, they may travel to onboard a new employee or help transition that practice to US Bancorp. May travel up to 25% of time.

Basic Qualifications
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensing may be required

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of Onboarding philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of products and services
  • FINRA Series 6/63
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
