Palmer Johnson Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position is based in Sun Prairie, WI but can be hybrid or remote, based on the individual’s preference.

• Do you have the ability to work independently, as well as cooperate with others in team efforts?
• Provide input and feedback on the design and customization of the system?
• Do you have experience ensuring the security and integrity of application software?
• Identify and gather requirements from end users and business stakeholders?
• Are you comfortable working with and resolving day-to-day issues submitted by end-users?
• Have you managed user and license administration, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups?
• Are you confident and comfortable speaking with all levels of management?
• Do you have 1+ year of Salesforce experience?
• Staying informed about upcoming platform release updates and establishing effective planning strategies for their implementation?
• Do you have solid organizational, oral, and written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills?
• Experience collaborating with external partners regarding specific projects and initiatives?
• Do you have experience building, configuring, and/or automating technology solutions to deliver scalable business value with a focus on exceptional user experience?
• Do you live in the Madison, Wisconsin area? (Preferred but not required)
• Are you able to establish, coordinate, and maintain data integrity procedures, processes, and policies?
• Have you provided ongoing user training and created training materials?

Preferred, but not required

• Understanding of the various SDLC (Agile, Six Sigma, ITIL) methodologies
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Marketing Cloud, OwnBackup, Talkdesk, and Experience Cloud experience
