System Administrator - Endpoint

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, integration, and management of both infrastructure and endpoint devices. Your expertise in wireless access points, network administration, security concepts, and technology will be crucial to ensuring the stability and security of our systems.

As a Systems Administrator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage systems, driving results with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of end users. Your ability to break down tasks and effectively manage projects will be essential for successful deployment and maintenance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage network administration and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Work independently as well as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Administer and secure wireless access points.
• Provide incident and event management system implementation and integration expertise.
• Implement and integrate infrastructure and endpoint devices.
• Configure, implement, and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Support unified communication systems.
• Utilize exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills to solve complex problems.
• Deploy and manage systems using strong knowledge of deployment and management systems.
• Communicate effectively through oral, written, and interpersonal channels.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and the public.

Experience Required:

• Experience in unified communication systems.
• Experience in system/server implementation and integration.
• Experience in endpoint administration and support.
• Experience of project management experience.
• Experience in incident and event management system implementation and integration.
• Professional certification in server / network administration is desired.
