Job Description

SVP of Accounting (CFO)

Location: Winter Garden, FL (onsite position)

Full-time Permanent position

Our commercial real estate and investment client is looking for an SVP of Accounting (CFO) on a full time basis in Winter Garden, FL. You will be responsible for driving the company vision while building and managing a shared services accounting team. Candidates should come from a 250M+ sized company, been through a fast growth stage and have worked for a real estate-focused investment type company in the past. If this is you, please apply today!

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills managing a shared services accounting department.Experience with interdepartmental accounting management, policy development and building teams is required.
  • Strong with Microsoft Office (Excel). Great Plains preferred.
  • CPA (ideally), Masters in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
  • Must have experience working with a real estate-focused investment/holdings company or a multi-functional business in a fast growth environment.
