Description
- Discover and develop innovative execute trade sales strategies to achieve desired revenue goals.
- Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting and mentoring.
- Create, monitor, and adjust budgets for all sales initiatives while ensuring adherence to company fiscal responsibility guidelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure that the trade sales team is operating at peak efficiency.
- Develop and deliver presentations on sales strategies and results to executive management and board of directors.
- Analyze data and trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing ones.
- Oversee the development and implementation of creative sales programs designed to increase market share and grow customer base for all products.
- Experience developing and executing business strategy.
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
- Strong technical experience with Travel Studio and other commercial tools
- 10 - 15 years in sales leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth, preferably in the Trade space.
- History of decision-making based on business metrics.
- Strong budgeting and ROI analysis capabilities
- Proven track record of achieving quotas through effective management and coaching.
