Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and talented Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team. As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production management, control, project execution, and delivery. Your expertise will contribute to the design and implementation of efficient production routines, ensuring timely product delivery and driving improvements in cost and service metrics. In addition, you will lead project teams to ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities
Take charge of production task execution for existing products, ensuring seamless operations.
Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between cross-department stakeholders, project teams, and project stakeholders to drive project success.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and track all production activities.
Work closely with subject matter experts to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance the internal customer experience based on valuable customer feedback.
Ensure on-time and on-budget execution of projects, being accountable for project outcomes.
Collaborate with product owners to assess and negotiate project scope while aligning with project goals.
Plan, prepare for, and facilitate various meetings, including project status updates, decision-making sessions, customer journey mapping, and prioritization meetings.
Manage the resolution of project issues, escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
Create, execute, monitor, and revise project plans to accommodate changing requirements and resources.
Handle project procurement by coordinating with third-party resources as needed.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as predefined with the project team and stakeholders.
Manage the NBME Test Design process and document the outcomes of test design meetings.
Identify resource requirements and timelines for projects and production, negotiating resource availability and allocation with the appropriate NBME units.
Participate in planning meetings for prototyping, pilot projects, and subsequent production implementation to plan for new product implementations.
Develop and manage cross-departmental implementation plans with the project team.
Design and administer company-wide continuous improvement training programs as needed.
Qualifications
Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a track record of providing superior customer service.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in both project and production management.
Preferred Experience In The Assessment Industry.
Preferred experience with Lean Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement methods.
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred certifications: PMP or APICS.
