Position Summary
As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless replenishment execution for our valued customers. You will be responsible for aligning supply chain strategies and implementing tactical initiatives to achieve our vision of delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely replenishment and planning actions, including promotions, seasonal changes, and planogram updates. Communicate promotion items and quantities, develop push-pull strategies, and forecast and manage new and discontinued items.
Utilize retail data insights to maximize selling opportunities, improve in-stock levels, and drive sales. Work closely with Sales and Category Strategy teams to allocate volumes effectively and optimize inventory timing.
Develop scorecards for key customers, highlighting performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing action plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
Foster strong relationships with Key Customer Replenishment Managers, Sales Teams, and Buyers through regular supply chain discussions.
Monitor and manage the progress of promotion events, modular transitions, and item changes. Conduct multi-functional meetings to identify potential issues, implement corrective actions, and keep all stakeholders informed.
Track and analyze fill rates, on-time delivery, inventory levels, and service to retail partners. Develop tools and processes to deliver reliable results and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Represent the Salty Snacks division on special projects and customer initiatives, actively participating in strategic programs that benefit the overall supply chain.
Identify opportunities for improvement and dispute invalid charges related to PO fill rate violations, fines, and transportation issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally to address item/DC out-of-stock issues and develop solutions, ensuring timely communication of recovery timelines.
Reconcile demand and forecast alignment between Salty Supply Chain, Salty Sales, and assigned customers.
Lead internal and external meetings and events to manage relationships, facilitate business planning, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Travel (10-35%) may be required for in-person meetings.
Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to gather and organize data from various sources to present a cohesive story.
Effective negotiation skills to collaborate with internal and external partners at all levels.
Adept at building relationships, fostering collaboration, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Proficient understanding of fundamental business management and supply chain principles.
In-depth knowledge of internal and customer forecasting, order generation, and order fulfillment processes.
Ability to lead multi-functional project teams and drive results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with NETSUITE systems and tools.
Strong project management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to engage with customers at all levels and present complex solutions in an executive summary.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and collaborative entrepreneurial environment.
Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain or a related function.
