Summary
As a Hospital Supply Chain Project Manager at St. Onge, you will combine quantitative methods, strategic thinking, and innovative technology to impact our nation’s premier hospitals and health systems. Hospital Supply Chain Project Managers lead multiple projects with a diverse team of engineers, architects, clinicians, and executives to contribute to the design of healthcare facilities, and plan operations that enable the delivery of safe, efficient, and effective patient care. As a Hospital Supply Chain Project Manager, you will use proven and practical data-driven techniques to support and validate the creative and ground-breaking principles of cutting-edge hospital design.

• Have a passion for the design, optimization, and analysis of the flow of materials, supply chain operations, inventory deployment, and support service operations for hospitals by applying a wide range of quantitative tools and methods.
• You have a desire to use proven quantitative methods and techniques to solve complex supply chain problems in various clinical areas including but not limited to sterile processing departments, surgery, cath lab, interventional radiology, and integrated support service centers.
• You are effective at supervising, coordinating, and reviewing the work of project execution teams, estimating personnel needs, and schedules all while simultaneously playing an active role as a contributor to project work.
• You have an aptitude for materials management/inventory systems, and ERP’s (Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday)
• You enjoy actively participating in identifying follow on project work opportunities and supporting sales visits/calls for prospective clients.

• You are a passionate Hospital Supply Chain Project Manager who is effective and solving complex problems, puts the client first, and has a strong desire to make a lasting impact.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline. An MBA is highly preferred.
• Our headquarters is located in York, PA but we are open to remote candidates.
• 8+ total years of experience in supply chain operations. Hospital supply chain experience is required. Consulting experience is highly preferred.
