Supply Chain Manager - Corporate Planning

Overview

Lutron has an immediate opening for a self-motivated Supply Chain Manager in our Corporate Planning function out of our World Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this position, you will lead and execute the organization’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies. You will apply your proven analytical and decision-making skills in problem-solving to improve systems, processes and capabilities related to Sales & Operations Planning. Through the management and execution of production and inventory planning, you will ensure that a high level of execution to schedule is achieved.

Responsibilities

• Create a process to enhance response time to customer demand while considering supply chain efficiency
• Establish, review and leverage key delivery metrics to challenge the process and drive key initiatives to achieve excellent delivery performance
• Monitor output of finished goods against schedule and proactively communicate and escalate potential roadblocks
• Work closely with the supply chain teams on demand and inventory management execution
• Report and lead discussions around delivery performance with leadership across operations and the broader business
• Work with IT consultant to design processes that simplify and enhance business planning
• Drive planning process improvement with a project team in order to achieve metrics
• Research business issues to identify potential problems that need to be raised to the S&OP community
• Provide transparent production scheduling based on demand forecast, customer segmentation and desired service level s
• Ensure optimal business results by establishing relationships with customer facing functions and providing scheduling visibility

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience with minimum of 3 years leadership experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Management or related discipline
• Experience in an ERP system such as SAP or Oracle
• Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.0
