Our staffing agency represents a privately-held supply chain planning SaaS company that has over 40 successful deployments around the world and is well-respected by its customers and employees alike (4.3 G2, 4.2 Capterra, 4.4 Glassdoor).
This 80-employee, venture-backed firm, which has been EBITA-positive for 8 consecutive years, is seeking an Account Executive to close $300k to $1 million ACV deals to large retailers and CPG companies. This is a remote role, or you can work from their Boston-area office.

The scalability, analytical capabilities, and short implementation cycles of this solution help clients achieve dramatic improvements.
Role
* Individual contributor role, working from your home office, or their Boston-area office. You will report to the COO.
* $110k to $150k base, commensurate with previous quota achievement. OTE is double your base.
* You will be the first salesperson in the organization; your territory is every retail and CPG firm in North America!
* 70% of the time, this innovative solution replaces Excel spreadsheets!
* Matching 401(k), accelerators, strong benefits, and company equity round out the pay plan.
* You have a minimum of 3 years selling supply chain-related SaaS solutions to CPG and/or retail companies.
* The best reps use a Challenger Sale approach to succeed; we are looking for creativity, resiliency, and drive.
* About 70% of your pipeline will come from inbounds (partners, marketing, and SDRs).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills – you should be a strong writer.
* Helpful: formal training on some branded sales methodology (Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)

Are you passionate about global supply chain management and can you articulate a vision for the SCP transformation journey to customers and potential partners? Can you help build out the ecosystem? Can you work cross-functionally to close deals, create go-to-market plans, ensure ongoing customer success, support sales requirements, and drive new features with product management? ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an all-star emerging leader to lead our US business development effort to create and drive success, both for our existing customers and for our sales pipeline. You will lead the effort to expand our partnerships and sales ecosystem and will be the US sales leadership pulse of the company. You will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer and will work cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Engineering, Product Management, Modeling, Legal, and Executive teams. You will identify market partnership opportunities and manage them from initial partner engagement through agreement, and go-to-market plans. You will be one of the leaders that will increase the size of our customer base and sales ecosystem over the next 24 months.
This is a fast-paced, high-growth team that believes that the exact time for digital transformation in the SCP space is RIGHT NOW. As such, we are looking for a smart, driven, high-energy individual who is hungry to create tremendous impact and who wants to work alongside great people who are spread around the globe, just as our customers are. We’re looking for people whose references say things like “The best I’ve ever seen. I’d hire them again in a minute.” Technical skills are helpful but not required. Knowledge of and passion for the SCP industry and market are a must.

· Identify and prioritize sales ecosystem partnerships

Once you’re at full speed you’ll be:
· Leading the sales effort on key accounts
· Evangelizing our brand and capabilities through multiple venues and platforms in the SCP marketplace – conferences, social platforms, writing and speaking opportunities
· Implementing new sales partnerships that further strengthen and lengthen our sales pipeline
· Closing deals on some of the most well-known and prestigious retail and CPG customer brands in the world
· Driving growth and having fun doing it.

· 7+ Years of relevant Supply Chain / Supply Chain Planning experience.
