Supply Planning Manager - Exton, PA (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:

• Efficient planning of long-term absorption forecasting by MFG Area with the Site Director
• Key Focus on OWC Inventory Management by MFG technology in accordance with Company end of year Targets
• Robust Supply and Launch Plans for new product launches
• Increased focus on the S&OP Planning Process to drive proper Capacity Forecasting in accordance with Demand plans and Product Launches with the Operations Managers.

You Will:

• Coordinate/responsible for Supply Chain Management/Planning initiatives and execution related to Innovation and Large Operational Projects (and Running Business if needed) in order to support business growth
• Implement a reliable and robust Supply Chain Management and Planning process, from the (global) Sales & Operations Plan (S&OP) customer service levels and OWC (inventory) are within set targets
• Ensure adequate supply plans are built for Intermediate and Finished Products to fulfill Customers Orders (‘OTIF deliveries’) and other business needs to agreed Demand Forecasts, balanced with costs and Operating Working Capital.
• Bring Functional Excellence to Supply Chain Management and Planning both in the Exton facility and from a global perspective
• Lead the Supply Chain Planning team in Exton by e.g. monitoring performance of the inventory levels. WIP planning, Safety Stock attainment, Supply Plan Attainment, steering workload and priorities, and driving progress on activities and projects, and ensuring compliance to applicable requirements (corporate, legal, regulatory, quality, etc.)

You Bring:

• Affinity with Quality Management Systems, experience with quality standards applicable in the Biomedical market (ISO13485, cGMP, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in the Medical Device (or pharma) industry and in operational Supply Chain Planning
• APICS certification desired
• Project and portfolio managing skills
• BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business and /or equivalent work experience in required field; Education in sciences highly desired
• SAP knowledge and skills
• 7+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management (incl. materials management, S&OP, MPS/DS/MRP) in various business-to-business environments, also on a managerial level
• Knowledge of spreadsheet programs (MS Excel) and ERP (SAP and SAP BW) systems
• Experience in managing teams of 3+ direct reports
• Profound knowledge of SCM, planning, inventory/materials management and Manufacturing related processes
• Proven track record in Supply Chain Management and Planning and building related Procurement Excellence
