Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Supplier National Account Manager to join our team. As a member of the Supplier Account Management function, you will be the primary point of contact with suppliers, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships and driving successful implementations and onboarding experiences.

Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships for contracting and onboarding purposes. You will collaborate closely with suppliers to establish a digital connection, ensuring accurate representation of products, pricing, and agreements in our platform. Your expertise in Orthopedic, Cath Lab, or Cardiac pricing will be highly valuable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Supplier National Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing supplier onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship management.
  2. Translating customer-provided data and information into technical requirements for new supplier account builds.
  3. Working with various file types and information to collate data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
  4. Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure implementations meet expectations and timelines.
  5. Effectively communicating concise, accurate summaries and questions to the implementation team regarding missing or inconsistent data.
  6. Proactively collaborating with the team and stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  7. Managing and obtaining required documents and agreements in compliance with company guidelines.
  8. Providing program management for supplier enablement strategy through ongoing analysis.
  9. Overseeing supplier implementations and ensuring proper approvals, terms, validations, and updates are complete prior to platform deployment.
  10. Performing data transmissions and providing strategic oversight to ensure information accuracy within the platform.
  11. Engaging with senior leadership and internal peer groups on continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing user, facility, and supplier experiences.
  12. Demonstrating strong initiative in process improvement and documentation practices, executing duties with minimal guidance.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

To excel in this role, the following qualifications and skills are required:

  1. In-depth clinical, purchasing, procurement, or contracting knowledge and experience in the hospital or vendor setting.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with hospitals or vendors.
  3. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  4. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 2 years of applicable Healthcare Supply Chain experience in lieu of a degree.
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  6. Knowledge of VBA, Apps Scripts, or SQL is a plus.
