The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of the warehouse, retail stores, and portable locations within the Arena. This employee is responsible for overseeing the proper receiving, storing and distributing of all food, beverage, paper goods and merchandise products throughout the Arena. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for customer service aspects, employee productivity, performance, and adherence to company policies and standards.
What will you do?

• In collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, implement performance and quality KPI’s to warehouse associates and team leads
• Oversees Scheduling, Time and Attendance and Payroll by actively utilizing company systems
• Recommend and enforce corrective actions as necessary. Follow a progressive coaching and counseling structure
• Train and develop staff so they are well-versed and cross-trained in both the Food & Beverage and Merchandise Operations.
• Organize the staff and the workday’s activities based on in-coming and out-going deliveries and monitor that work is being completed on a timely basis and with all company policies and standards met.

• Run daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports to ensure precision accuracy of all warehouse overhead; maintain both physical and digital records appropriately.
• Physically inspect and count all product coming in the building for accuracy and quality control; physically check and verify all out going deliveries to the Food, Beverage and Merchandise locations.
• Input all receiving into the Eatec system. Match up paperwork and Merchandise arrivals and forward to Finance Department for payment.
• Match invoices to Purchase Orders; relay any receiving issues to the Purchasing Department

What do you need to succeed?

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years supervisory or lead experience in food service. Food operations/service preferred in accordance with NYC Board of Health regulations.
• Advanced knowledge with merchandise operations and sales techniques is essential.
• Must have experience in producing and maintaining visual displays in a retail environment.

• Ability to prioritize workload and manage assets; strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrates integrity, tact, diplomacy and a commitment to company values, and principles while ensuring the upmost consistency.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and be committed to providing high-quality service experience for guests.
• Experience resolving inventory discrepancies.

• Warehouse employees

• Must be comfortable with heights (working on high floors) and navigating steep steps and inclines.
• Ability to stand and move about the arena throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and to push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Must have New York City Food Protection Certificate along with previous experience in training, cash handling, food and beverage sanitation requirements, equipment operation and liquor laws.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
• Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
