Manage and promote safety and sanitation in all areas.

Monitor and meet all order accuracy requirements/expectations.

Two or more years of leadership experience

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challenges.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Maintain proper function of certain machines using advanced problem-solving skills, including simple data manipulation, and troubleshooting powered conveyors for simple malfunctions.

Manage and model the safety culture and strive for 100% compliance concerning safety policies and procedures.

1-3 years warehouse experience required.

Operate VPS Vertique picking and loading software within the automation environment with a high degree of competence.

Maintain a full understanding of package dimensions, descriptions, and SKU numbers.

Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff striving for continuous improvements.

Supervisor/management role or related experience preferred

Project management and leadership through lean manufacturing principles

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills

MHE certification, electric pallet jack, Reach Truck and other.

Previous supervisory or lead experience in a comparable operational.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner, maintain confidentiality and sustain a respectful workplace

Manages time effectively, achieving a balance of “on the floor” presence and office time

Any other related training/education is a plus

Providing assistance for the Operations and/or Operations Director/Manager on special projects

3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Previous experience in a Distribution Facility a plus

Prioritization and problem-solving skills essential

Manage receipt of shipments and correctly store products and items that will be kept in the warehouse.

Process miscellaneous projects and tasks as prescribed by the Terminal Manager and/or Regional Manager.

2-5 years of related work experience.

Assist Manager with performing required Employee Performance Reviews for employees (30-day, 90-day, annual)

Requires strong supervisory skills: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screening

In collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, implement performance and quality KPI’s to warehouse associates and team leads

Input all receiving into the Eatec system. Match up paperwork and Merchandise arrivals and forward to Finance Department for payment.

Advanced knowledge with merchandise operations and sales techniques is essential.

Must have experience in producing and maintaining visual displays in a retail environment.

Ability to prioritize workload and manage assets; strong attention to detail.
