Following another record year, we seek a Operations Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding production team.

What you will do

Lead a small team that is the operational hub of the company, through which all inbound and outbound product orders flow.

Receive, process and inventory all inbound product orders from our factories and vendors.

Process and ship all components necessary to fulfill required production orders.

Process, ship, and invoice all client orders as well as returns. Interact with clients as needed to deal with operations-related inquiries.

Support pre-sales and post-sales client activity.

Ensure all inbound and outbound product orders are accurately processed and reconciled in our ERP system to maintain inventory integrity.

Responsible for inventory management, control, and reconciliation. Lead regular inventory checks and product count and issue periodic reporting.

Be the primary contact point for all shipping and customs-related inquiries to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Manage and delegate tasks and responsibilities to members of the operations team. Provide guidance, training and direction to team members as needed.

Identify opportunities to build and improve upon best practices, focusing on process and system automation, cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy.

What we are looking for

3-5 years of operations and logistics experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the fine jewelry or high fashion industries.

Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Robust experience using mainstream software packages such as Microsoft Office & G-Suite and experience with production ERP systems (Rightclick or Diaspark knowledge a plus).

A self-starter, team player who thrives in a fast-moving, deadline-driven operational environment.

Ability to organize and prioritize

What we offer

Full-time position in Midtown Manhattan NYC.

Annual Salary: $55,000-$70,000 annually, based on your experience and skill set.
