This is a supervisory role that reports to the Warehouse Manager.The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:- Overseeing and participating in picking, packing & order processing- Supervising 6-10 Team Members- Warehouse inspection of parts- Maintaining warehouse housekeeping- Ensuring product is kept neat and in an orderly fashion per FIFO methods Requirements/Experience:- Must be extremely detail orientated and have the ability to multi-task- Must have an excellent understanding and experience with warehouse systems- Ability to read, understand and interoperate written instructions- Experience with, and understanding of warehouse inventory transactions- Physical ability to work standing all day while moving about entire warehouse.- Energetic with team orientated attitude- Must have excellent verbal and written communicate skills- High School Diploma or equivalent- Experience in supervising employees- Strong computer skills- Aerospace industry experience and ISO experience is helpful- Strong work ethic (willingness to work hard and long hours, if needed)- Highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detail- Must work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks- Minimal Overtime is possible and rare SaturdaysPhysical Requirements:- Able to move/lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted.- Position may require climbing of ladders for top-level selection.
