Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Camp Director for any weekly forms that need to be created
- Be the frontline of communication by answering the general phone line and passing off voicemails.
- Use proper procedures for any early or late pick-up/drop-off campers
- Process incoming uploaded documents in camp space
- Communicate with Families on any documents needed to attend camp or of any balance due prior to their arrival
- Assist during check-in and check-out as needed. This will most likely include managing the store.
- Work with international families on any travel forms or information needed for airport or train pick-up/drop-off
- Keep inventory of camp store and process all transactions with the store account.
- Provide general administrative support to the Branch Executive.
- Help with the camp store during free time
- Other duties as assigned.
