Major Duties and Responsibilities
+ Manage to the achievement of assigned Master Plans.
+ Develop and execute KDA’s strategic vision and plans.
+ Manage, control and execute plans for Sales, Managed Print Services, Managed IT Services, marketing, profit, expense and growth for all business products and services.
+ Ensure cost containment for sales, administrative and service operations.
+ Hire and develop employees who are productive and successful in meeting business goals, ensuring discipline and a long-view perspective.
+ Apply a well-rounded, smart business judgment to all aspects of the freestanding business.
+ Successfully introduce new products, technology, and services incorporating timing of impending launches in the marketing and sales strategy.
+ Manage Subsidiary in strict adherence to KDA Direct Sales Accounting Policies and Procedures.
+ Manage with integrity, and attention to detail in conjunction with Kyocera Philosophy.
+ Manage Sales Operations in Accordance with Kyocera Sales Excellence through the Sherpa CRM.
Required:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 10 years’ experience in business, sales, marketing and general management.
+ Several years of senior level profit and loss responsibility with strong accomplishments
+ in business-to-business solution selling.
+ Track record of business results improvements.
