As the President for We Insure, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and strategic direction of our franchise network. Your primary objective will be to drive growth, profitability, and brand consistency across our franchise locations. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape a thriving franchise network within the insurance industry, contributing to our organization's success and expansion.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Leverage market insights and industry expertise to cultivate partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and expand carrier networks, ensuring a diverse range of competitive insurance solutions for our franchisees and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes, adjusting strategies as needed to remain competitive.
  • Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the franchise network, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to franchise owners, empowering them with the necessary tools and resources to excel.
  • Collaborate with franchise owners and corporate teams to ensure brand consistency, compliance with standards, and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze franchise performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Drive strategic business development initiatives to foster strong relationships with insurance carriers, facilitating mutual growth and optimizing product offerings for our franchise.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the franchise network.
  • Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the business, demonstrating strong financial acumen to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and maximize profitability. Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve financial targets, monitor key performance indicators, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring the long-term financial success and sustainability of the business


Tools and Reporting Responsibilities:


  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, financials, and other metrics to assess the health of the franchise network.
  • Utilize business management tools and systems to monitor and track franchise performance.
  • Communicate regularly with franchise owners, corporate teams, and senior management to provide updates, share best practices, and address any challenges


Decision Making Authority:


  • Make decisions regarding the overall strategic direction of the franchise network, in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Approve franchise agreements, contracts, and other key business decisions.
  • Provide guidance and support to franchise owners on day-to-day operational decisions.


Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
  • Experience in franchise management or similar business models is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with franchise owners, corporate teams, and industry stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement solutions.


Education and/or Experience:


  • Experience with the Florida Insurance Market is preferred.
  • Experience with franchised business models and familiarity with insurance agency operations is required.
  • 7+ years in the insurance industry, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • High School Diploma is required. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.


Work Environment:


  • The role requires sitting for extended periods of time, as well as working on a computer and using a phone.
  • This position will involve both office-based work and travel to visit franchise locations and attend industry events.
