Provides management with timely reviews of organization’s financial status and progress.

Management of the subsidiary’s cash

Develops relationships and manages communications with KDA, management, personnel, vendors, auditors and banks and other financial institutions.

Backup to the Order Billing and Finance Managers.

Ability to work with all levels of management.

Manages period close, establishes cut-off, analyzes pre-close results, approves required adjustments.

Outstanding organizational and project management skills with extensive experience managing multiple complex assignments simultaneously

Experience working with Hyperion Financial Management Software

Experience working in the Office Equipment / Document Management Solution Industry

Communicate any issues or anomalies to management promptly

Communicate any issues to management and initiate timely corrective action as necessary

Perform financial analysis, develop, and provide management reports for executive management

+ 10 years’ experience in business, sales, marketing and general management.

+ Manage to the achievement of assigned Master Plans.

+ Manage Subsidiary in strict adherence to KDA Direct Sales Accounting Policies and Procedures.

+ Manage with integrity, and attention to detail in conjunction with Kyocera Philosophy.

+ Manage Sales Operations in Accordance with Kyocera Sales Excellence through the Sherpa CRM.

+ Develop and execute KDA’s strategic vision and plans.

8. Excellent Computer Skills & IT operational knowledge

1. ERP implementation or high skill level experience

2. Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Bachelors in Commerce, finance or accounting

4. Strong systems, process and best practices experience.

10. Excellent communication and people skills
