Job Description

General Summary of the Position

The President is responsible for the strategy and execution of the EPC and Business Development functions of the company, as well as the overall performance of all EPC projects. This role provides strategic leadership and direction for the company by working with the CEO and executive leadership team to achieve the objectives of the business plan with the aim of maximizing return for the company.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (following are accountabilities included but not limited to):

  • Establishes company-wide systems and procedures for reporting, project controls, workforce planning, and project execution.
  • Performs additional assignments as required by the needs of the business or as directed by the CEO.
  • Provides strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the performance and execution of EPC projects.
  • Sets measurable standards of performance for each team and measures that performance against established goals.
  • Works with the Business Development team as needed for initial client introductions or other meetings where executive counterparts may be present.
  • Enhances and/or develops, implements, and enforces the organization's policies and procedures by way of systems that will improve the company's overall operation and effectiveness.
  • Leads, directs, and evaluates the organization's day-to-day EPC operations.
  • Provides technical advice and knowledge on all EPC-related business issues and opportunities.
  • Interfaces with clients to build relationships, address issues, and build client-confidence.
  • Communicates and lives out the company’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Establishes credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to various business challenges associated with delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Proven track record of success facilitating organizational change.
  • Twenty or more years of experience leading a team, business unit, or organization.
  • Ten or more years of operations and/or sales senior management experience in oil and gas, specifically overseeing EPC projects and working with clients.
  • Twenty or more years of hands-on business experience in progressive roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Work Context:

  • Based out of the Corporate Office in Whitehouse but may travel to assist other locations.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time to support EPC projects, meet with clients, and attend industry events.
