• Performs a wide variety of office duties as necessary and provides administrative support for reservations agents.
• This job is a member of the Global ReservationsTeam within the Customer Experience Division.

What you'll do

• Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports from automated data bases
• Processes vacation change requests
• Processes shift swaps among reservation agents
• Completes other administrative tasks as assigned
• Handles timekeeping for reservations agents
• Manages ordering office supplies, updating manuals
• Coordinates training and team meetings

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency or equivalent experience/training

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
• Must be self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
