essential duties and responsibilities l

Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance for successful delivery for our customers

Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Research, Engineering, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support

Conduct change management efforts that impact different cross-functional teams

Ensure adherence to PLC and SDLC while maintaining visibility to Release Management

Experience using project and issue tracking software such as Jira

Experience in working with all hierarchy levels including Executive team members

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, construction management, architecture, or engineering (Civil or Structural) is preferred

Experience in structuring Build-to-Suit and speculative leases, land purchases and entitlements

Assist the regional capital deployment team with conversion of covered land/redevelopments into Build-to-Suit developments through collaboration on strategy, entitlements and marketing

Aggregate, verify, organize and utilize actionable data on customers and Build-to-Suits

Interface and develop working relationships with various internal Prologis groups, customers, brokers, general contractors and public agencies

Optimize customer satisfaction through each interaction and every project

Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders

Skilled in coaching and development

Preferred: Experience in leading people/teams
